How long does it take to ship my order?
It takes 2-3 days to process your order then up to 14 days to deliver.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, absolutely. We ship and deliver all over the world.
Where do my products come from?

Do you provide order tracking information?

I am missing some items from my order, what happened?
Charbon Plus products are shipped separately depending on your order. If your order contains two items from two different warehouses, then you will receive two separate deliveries. The rest of the order will be delivered shortly.
I received a damaged product, what do I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item at
contact@charbon-plus.com and we will send you a similar product to replace it as soon as possible.

I still have not received my order. What is taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes, international shipping may take longer than usual due to customs regulations. You may track your order and see where it is at the moment. If you need assistance tracking your package, please reach out to us at contact@charbon-plus.com
Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to solve any issues that our clients may encounter with their packages online. If you would still like to get a refund on your order, we can initiate reimbursement in the event that your request has been submitted within 30 days after the order was placed and that the product was not on sale at the time of purchase.
